ACOMPAÑAMIENTO COREOGRÁFICO

Through this accompanied creative process, Catania proposes to reflect, both with the mind and the body, on the decisions that a creative artist must make, regarding stage creation.
Based on her own research and choreographic work, she shares and invites us to question new conceptual approaches for the development of a choreographic piece.

These classes are taught both in person and virtually.

2020: Imparte acompañamiento coreográfico de manera independiente para bailarines de
Costa Rica & México.
2021: Advises and accompanies the dancers of the University Dance of Costa Rica in the creation of:
of 8 sole proprietors.
2021 -2022: Advises and accompanies more than 15 national groups in the National Dance Workshop
under the RACE project of the Ministry of Culture. San José. Costa Rica
2022: Teaches a choreographic accompaniment workshop for the Graciela Moreno Choreographers Festival, San José. Costa Rica.
2024: Advises and supports dancers from Mexico and Spain in the creation of one-person shows at the Lasafueras Residence Space.
